From within an unspoilt fagus forest, sitting at an altitude of around 1000 metres above sea level, deep in the heart of the Maritime Alps, flow the Springs of Bauda.
As early as the first part of last century, this water was already being analysed in a laboratory, whilst in the second part of the nineteenth century, there commenced tests at the Institute of Medical Pathology, held within the University of Genoa. It was here that this water was judged to be particularly recommended for the treatment of urinary calculosis.
Since 1962, ‘Calizzano spa Mineral Water’, operating in its modern establishment in Calizzano, has been bottling the water of the Bauda Springs, thus offering the possibility of bringing on every table, a water of the highest standards.
Pureness and freshness are married with lightness, thus rendering this water particularly pleasant and diuretic.
